Conditions of Entry for the Best Foods Summer BBQ Pack Promotion 2016
1. Information on How to Enter and prize information form part of these Conditions of Entry (Conditions of Entry).
2. The Promoter is James Crisp of Tasman Building, 16-22 Anzac Ave, Auckland, 1010, New Zealand.
PROMOTION PERIOD
3. The Promotion will commence 00:01 NZST on 15/02/16 until 23:59 NZST on 31/03/16 (Promotion Period).
The Promotion is open only to New Zealand residents who currently reside in New Zealand, aged 18 years or over, or aged under 18 years who have obtained their parent’s or guardian’s consent to enter the Promotion on these Conditions of Entry and whose parent or guardian has agreed to these Conditions of Entry, excluding:
(a) management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related entities, the participating outlets and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of prizes);
(b) a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in paragraph (a) of these Conditions of Entry;
(Eligible Entrant).
The persons referred to in paragraph (b) of these Conditions of Entry include natural and non-natural relations (in the opinion of the Promoter) and the Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its absolute discretion.
The Promotion will commence from 15/02/16 and end on 31/03/16. The Promotional Period will have its draw at 10am NZST on the date shown below.
The dates for Promotional Draw is as follows:
The draw will take place at AMG Group located at 104 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket, Auckland, 1023, New Zealand.
HOW TO ENTER
4. For the chance to win, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period visit the Best Foods website and complete the entry form correctly to be eligible for entry.
5. Visit www.bestfoods.co.nz to enter your details. Each Eligible Entrant must provide his/her name, email address, gender, age and address (for the delivery of the Prize or relevant documentation – this must not be a PO Box address).
6. There will be 4 draws for the main prize and 200 draws for the runner-up prizes. The draw will be held on the date stated in the above schedule. The winner will be drawn from all valid entries received prior to that particular draw subject to paragraph 3.
7. Multiple entries during the Promotion Period are accepted, but only five entries per person per week are permitted and each entry must be submitted separately and must independently comply with these Conditions of Entry.
8. Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of entry by the promoter. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Contact details entered incorrectly by an Eligible Entrant via a promotional entry point will render the entry invalid.
PRIZES
9. There is a total of 204 prizes to be won in the Promotional Draw and will be awarded as follows:
Promotional Period 1:
The first four valid entries drawn will each win:

The 200 following valid entries (runner-ups) will each win:
1 (one) x Best Foods Lite Mayonnaise 405g
1 (one) x Best Foods Real Mayonnaise 405g
1 (one) x Best Foods Real Mayonnaise 591g
1 (one) x Best Foods Tea Towel
1 (one) x Best Foods Cookbook 1
1 (one) x Best Foods Cookbook 2
The first four winners drawn will be chosen as follows:
2x BBQ prizes to be drawn from the region of Taupo/North of Taupo, 1x BBQ prize to be drawn from the region of Lower North Island starting below Taupo, 1x BBQ prize to be drawn from the region of the South Island.
The runner-up winners will be chosen as follows:
100x runner-up prizes to be drawn from the region of Taupo/North of Taupo, 50x runner-up prizes to be drawn from the region of Lower North Island starting below Taupo, 50x runner-up prizes to be drawn from the region of the South Island.
10. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to notify all prize winners by phone within seven (7) days of the relevant Prize draw. If a prize winner cannot be contacted by phone within this time frame the prize will be redrawn at the same place and with the same entries as the original draw.
11. The Promoter’s decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The total value of the prize pool available to be won in the Promotion is valued at up to NZ$14,000.00 (including GST). Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
WINNER VERIFICATION
13. If requested by the Promoter, prize winners must produce, within the time requested by the Promoter at its absolute discretion appropriate photo identification or other documentation, required by the Promoter to verify prize winners’ identity, age, eligibility to enter the Promotion and claim a prize (if drawn) and compliance with these Conditions of Entry.
14. Prizes will only be awarded following all validation and verification requirements of the Promoter being met to its satisfaction. If the items required by the Promoter are not received or a prize winner has not been verified to the satisfaction of the Promoter within the time period required by the Promoter, the entry or entries submitted by the prize winner will be deemed invalid and the prize will be redrawn as set out in paragraph 10.
15. Each winner will have his/her prize delivered to the address shown on his/her entry. Winners should allow up to 30 days for delivery of their prizes. The Promoter is not responsible for the safe delivery of the prizes, although all reasonable care will be taken.
GENERAL
16. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of being run as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to take any action that may be legally available to it including modifying or suspending the Promotion.
17. Any Eligible Entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the redemption of prizes in any way, engages in any unlawful or improper conduct which jeopardises or is likely to jeopardise the fair or proper conduct of the Promotion, or who does not properly comply with the redemption process, will be ineligible to win.
18. The (a) Promoter, the Promoter’s related entities, the participating outlets and all agencies associated with the Promotion; and (b) the employees, agents, directors and contractors, of all entities referred to in paragraph (a), shall not be liable for any loss or claim, action, demand, liability, damage, cost, expense or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential loss), incurred, suffered or sustained by any person or entity (without limitation) in connection with, or arising from, the Promotion or participation in a prize, except that which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).
19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning or receiving the benefit of a prize.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
20. All information Eligible Entrants provide (Personal Information) will be used by the Promoter, participating outlets and may be used for future promotions with James Crisp Ltd.
21. The Promoter may disclose winners’ Personal Information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion only.
22. Eligible Entrants can request access to update or correct their Personal Information held by the Promoter and may request that they not receive further Promotional or marketing communications from the Promoter by contacting the Promoter at the address above. Should an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter.
