Can I bake with Best Food’s mayonnaise?

For years, Best Foods™ real mayonnaise has been known as a baking ingredient, particularly in chocolate cake. Like butter or margarine, our real mayonnaise contains about 80% oil. It is an excellent shortening and produces rich, moist baked goods. Light mayonnaise can be used in the same way as real mayonnaise as a baking ingredient. For best results, use recipes specifically developed for mayonnaise.
