Best Foods Shrimp Aioli Sliders

Serves 12
  • 250 gms shrimps
  • ¼ cup Best Foods™ Mayonnaise with a Touch of Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 cups finely shredded cos lettuce
  • 12 Slider buns


Preparation time: 20 minutes

  1. Combine shrimps, Best Foods™ Mayonnaise with a Touch of Garlic, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and toasted sesame and season to taste. Chill until required.
  2. Slice slider buns ¾ through leaving the top attached like a hinge. 
  3. Sandwich the buns with fresh green leaves and a generous amount of the shrimps and aioli.
  4. Skewer the finished buns if desired.
  5. Serve with lemon.
