Best Mexican Bean Dip

Serves 1 Large bowl
  • 1 x can four bean mix, rinsed and drained well
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • ½ cup Best Foods™ Mayonnaise with a Touch of Garlic
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped herbs - mint, coriander and parsley
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh chopped chili
  • Fresh lime wedges
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Corn chips and toasted pita bread wedges
  • Mint leaves

Preparation time: 10 minutes

  1. In a bowl combine the drained beans, red onion, tomato, Best Foods™ Mayonnaise with a Touch of Garlic, paprika and herbs and mix together well, check seasoning.
  2. Serve topped with fresh chilies and mint and surrounded by corn chips or toasted pita.
