- 1 x can four bean mix, rinsed and drained well
- ½ red onion, diced
- 1 large tomato, diced
- ½ cup Best Foods™ Mayonnaise with a Touch of Garlic
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped herbs - mint, coriander and parsley
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh chopped chili
- Fresh lime wedges
- Cherry tomatoes
- Corn chips and toasted pita bread wedges
- Mint leaves
Preparation time: 10 minutes
- In a bowl combine the drained beans, red onion, tomato, Best Foods™ Mayonnaise with a Touch of Garlic, paprika and herbs and mix together well, check seasoning.
- Serve topped with fresh chilies and mint and surrounded by corn chips or toasted pita.
