Best Seafood Pasta Salad

Serves 4-6
  • 250 grams penne pasta
  • 1 cup Best Foods™ Real Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Sea salt & cracked pepper
  • 1 squeeze of lemon juice
  • 1 cup surimi broken into bite­‐sized pieces
  • 1 cup cooked shrimps

Cook time:

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and refresh under cold running water.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, tomato sauce, sweet chili and Worcestershire sauce and season well. For a bit more tang add a squeeze of lemon juice.
  3. In a large bowl combine pasta, mayonnaise mix and seafood, toss to evenly coat all ingredients. Chill until serving. 
  4. Serve with lime wedges and summer greens on the side.
