Best Seafood Pasta Salad
Serves 4-6
Ingredients
250 grams penne pasta
1 cup Best Foods™ Real Mayonnaise
¼ cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Sea salt & cracked pepper
1 squeeze of lemon juice
1 cup surimi broken into bite‐sized pieces
1 cup cooked shrimps
Method
Preparation time:
Cook time:
Cook pasta until al dente and refresh under cold running water.
Combine mayonnaise, tomato sauce, sweet chili and Worcestershire sauce and season well. For a bit more tang add a squeeze of lemon juice.
In a large bowl combine pasta, mayonnaise mix and seafood, toss to evenly coat all ingredients. Chill until serving.
Serve with lime wedges and summer greens on the side.
