Ingredients
- 4 Farrah Wraps red pepper
- 1 cup grated cheese
- ½ cup Best Foods™ Mayonnaise
- 1 cup sweet corn kernels
- 4-8 slices sandwich ham
- 1 large tomato, diced
- ½ red onion, diced
- ¼ cucumber, diced
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley or herbs
- 1 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
Method
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5-10 minutes
- Pre-heat a sandwich press or frying pan.
- Mix together the grated cheese, Best Foods™ Mayonnaise and sweet corn and spread generously over half of each of the wraps.
- Top with the sliced ham and fold the wrap over to enclose the filling making a semi-circle.
- Spray the press plate with a little oil and cook the wraps for 2-3 minutes each side or until golden and bubbling.
- Cut into wedges to serve.
- For the salsa, combine the tomato, onion, cucumber and herbs and mix with the sweet chili sauce and olive oil, season to taste and serve alongside the toasted wraps with a few rocket leaves.
