Lemon Dill Crusted Cod

Serves 4
  • 1/4 cup Best Foods™ Lite Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
  • 450 grams cod fillet
  • 1/4 cup seasoned panko bread crumbs 

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 180°.
  2. Combine Best Foods™ Lite Mayonnaise, dill and lemon peel.
  3. Arrange cod on baking sheet. Evenly top with Mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  4. Bake 15 minutes or until cod flakes with a fork and topping is lightly browned.
