Pulled pork: Mix the brown sugar, salt and chipotle BBQ sauce. Rub sauce mix over pork and allow to marinate for 24 hours in a baking tray. Cook at 180°C in oven until deep brown in colour.
Combine apple cider, cider vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Pour sauces over pork and cover tightly. Cook at 140c for a further 4 hours. Shred pork.
Shred salad: Combine cabbage and apple.
