Savory Egg and Ham Mini Rolls

Ingredients
- 4 boiled eggs, peeled and mashed
- ½ cup Best Foods™ Mayonnaise
- sea salt
- pepper
- finely chopped parsley
- 4 wholegrain rolls, mini croissants, pita pockets or wraps
- 100 gms shaved ham slices
- 50 gms green salad leaves
Method
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
- Mix the mashed boiled eggs with the Best Foods™ Mayonnaise.
- Season with sea salt and pepper.
- Add finely chopped parsley if desired.
- Fill healthy whole grain rolls (or use mini croissants, pita pockets or wraps) with a generous spoonful of Best Foods Mayonnaise and smoked shaved ham slices and a few green salad leaves.
