Savory Egg and Ham Mini Rolls

Serves 4
  • 4 boiled eggs, peeled and mashed
  • ½ cup Best Foods™ Mayonnaise
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • finely chopped parsley
  • 4 wholegrain rolls, mini croissants, pita pockets or wraps
  • 100 gms shaved ham slices
  • 50 gms green salad leaves 

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

  1. Mix the mashed boiled eggs with the Best Foods™ Mayonnaise.
  2. Season with sea salt and pepper.
  3. Add finely chopped parsley if desired.
  4. Fill healthy whole grain rolls (or use mini croissants, pita pockets or wraps) with a generous spoonful of Best Foods Mayonnaise and smoked shaved ham slices and a few green salad leaves.
