Summer Sushi Style Wraps

Serves 20
Ingredients
  • 2 cups deli style roasted chicken, shredded
  • ¼ cup Best Foods™ Mayonnaise with a Touch of Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
  • Fresh salad greens
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • Roasted red capsicum sliced into strips
  • Cucumber sliced into strips
  • 3 medium white wraps  
Method

Preparation Time: 10-20 minutes

Combine the roasted chicken with the creamy Best Foods™ Mayonnaise with a Touch of Garlic.

Lay the wraps out and arrange lettuce leaves across the center then top with grated carrot and cheese.

Lay strips of cucumber and roasted red capsicum through the middle and spoon on a generous amount of chicken and aioli mixture.

Roll up tightly and wrap in cling film, chill until serving.

When ready to serve, cut into bite sized slices and arrange cut side-up on a platter.
