Veggie Sandwich
Serves 1-2 people
Ingredients
1 slice of focaccia bread
Desired amount of lettuce
2 slices of zucchini, grilled
2 slices of eggplant, grilled
5 grams of sun-dried tomatoes
2 pieces of artichoke hearts
2 tablespoons of Best Foods™ Real Mayonnaise
Method
Cut the focaccia open.
Cover with lettuce, zucchini, eggplant, sun-dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts.
Spread Best Foods™ Real Mayonnaise over the fillings evenly and serve.
