  • 2 large heads of broccoli
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • ½ cup almonds chopped plus extra to garnish
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Wash the broccoli thoroughly under cold water. Chop the stem and florets into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Thinly slice the red onion and add it to the bowl with the broccoli. Add the cranberries, chopped almonds and sunflower seeds.

  3. In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and apple cider vinegar until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mix and toss all the ingredients together until evenly coated. Garnish with extra chopped almonds and serve.
