  • ½ cup Best Foods mayonnaise plus extra for bread
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tbsp red onion finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups leftover roasted chicken meat, shredded (or shredded meat from 2 cooked chicken breasts)
  • 4 slices bread of your choice
  • ¼ cup shredded Iceberg lettuce
  • Optional: Sliced avocado, tomato, cucumber, capsicum, sprouts for additional fillings


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Best Foods mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, chopped parsley, onion powder and red onion. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Add in the shredded chicken and stir well to mix. The mixture must be moist but not runny.

  3. Toast the slices of bread if desired.

  4. Spread extra Best Foods mayo on the bread slices and fill with lettuce, chicken mix and any other fillings that you desire. Skewer the sandwiches so that they stay together and serve with chips or extra salad.
