Cut fish fillets into slider-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper and any dried herbs you have on hand.
Brush slider buns with Best Foods mayonnaise and grill on a hot barbecue until golden. While buns are toasting, grill fish fillets on a hot barbecue for 2-3 minutes, flipping once.
Place the slider buns on a platter or board, lay alfalfa sprouts on bottom buns, add sliced red onion, top with a piece of fish, a generous dollop of tartare sauce and finish with the top bun.
