Homemade giant pods

  • Store bought cookie dough log
  • 1 tin caramel condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 250g chocolate chips
  • Toppings of choice (m n m’s, chopped peanuts, etc)


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius

  2. Put around 1 tablespoon of the cookie dough mixture into sprayed cupcake tin and push down.

  3. Place the cookie dough mixture into the oven for 9-10 minutes or until looking golden brown but still a bit soft. Let slightly cool

  4. Press bases down to create little cups, you may need to press it up the sides a little. Allow to cool in fridge.

  5. In a small bowl, mix salted caramel sauce and mayo to create a creamy caramel sauce.

  6. Fill up cups with caramel sauce and put in fridge for an hour so this hardens up

  7. Melt choc in microwave or double boiler and pour over top of cups. Sprinkle with toppings of choice and set in fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight.
