BBQ Bulgogi Burgers with Kimchi Mayo

Ingredients 

Kimchi Mayo

  • 1/3 cup Best Foods mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon chopped kimchi

Bulgogi marinade

  • 1 tablespoon light sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger

Burgers

  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 burger Patties
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 pickles, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced

Recipe Directions

  1. In a small bowl or jar, mix together the Best Foods Mayonnaise and kimchi until smooth.

  2. Mix together bulgogi ingredients and brush the marinade onto or combine the marinade into burger patties.

  3. Cook patties on a hot grill for 5-7 minutes, flip, cook for another 5-7 minutes. Top with cheese just before serving to get them nice and melty.

  4. Remove from heat and assemble onto burgers with plenty of kimchi mayo, lettuce, pickle, tomato, and red onion.
