BBQ Pork Ribs with Baked Potatoes and Slaw

  • 1 kg BBQ pork rib pre-cooked
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix
  • 3 tablespoon Best Foods aioli
  • 4 baked potatoes

Dipping sauce

  • 2 tablespoon barbecue sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Best Foods mayonnaise

Recipe Directions

  1. Cook ribs on a hot BBQ then coat with barbecue sauce.

  2. Mix slaw with Best Foods aioli and chill until ready to use.

  3. Dipping sauce: mix together barbecue sauce and Best Foods mayo.

  4. Serve cooked ribs with barbecue mayo dipping sauce, slaw and baked potatoes.
