- 1 kg BBQ pork rib pre-cooked
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 bag coleslaw mix
- 3 tablespoon Best Foods aioli
- 4 baked potatoes
- 2 tablespoon barbecue sauce
- 3 tablespoon Best Foods mayonnaise
Cook ribs on a hot BBQ then coat with barbecue sauce.
Mix slaw with Best Foods aioli and chill until ready to use.
Dipping sauce: mix together barbecue sauce and Best Foods mayo.
Serve cooked ribs with barbecue mayo dipping sauce, slaw and baked potatoes.
