- 4 large wraps (Lebanese bread, tortillas, etc)
- 2 cups rice, cooked
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 cup beans (chili, Mexican, baked, etc)
- 200 grams beef brisket / beef roast / beef steak etc smoked/cooked
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese slice, grated
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
Chili Lime Seasoning
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 tablespoon pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon white sugar
- 1/4 tablespoon garlic powder
- zest of 1 lime

Prepare BBQ for medium-high heat direct grilling using a skillet.
Prepare the chili lime seasoning by mixing together, salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, sugar, garlic powder and lime zest.
Gently mix chopped tomatoes with lime juice and coriander to create a basic salsa
Heat skillet and apply olive oil.
Add rice and sliced red onion and cook until warmed through, for 2-3 minutes
Add beef, chilli lime seasoning and beans to skillet, and heat through for 7-10 minutes.
Remove skillet and set aside.
Gently char wrap over BBQ until warm and pliant.
Lay wrap flat on bench
Add generous serving of Best Foods Mayo down the center
Pile up a serving of rice, beef and bean filling
Add a serving of salsa
Add a handful of mozzarella
Top with a drizzle of BBQ sauce, and a few drops of chili sauce
Roll burrito, being careful to close each end, then wrap tightly in tin foil
Return assembled burrito to BBQ for 10 minutes
