
Ingredients
- 1x packet of coleslaw
- 4x cloves garlic
- 1x can chickpeas
- 150ml Olive oil
- 100g Best Foods Mayo
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- Smokey spice blend, or somked paprika
Recipe Directions

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees celsius.

Crush your garlic cloves and add them to the slaw mix with 25ml of olive oil. Combine this and add a little seasoning.

Roast in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 20 mins or until nice and soft .

Drain the chickpea can, discard the water.

Add chickpeas to a food processor, and start to blend with Mayo and oil. Once smooth add in the roasted slaw and blend again .

Keep blending and add in your spice mix and zest and juice of a lemon.

Season to your liking and serve with chips or pita breads!
