Cheesy Aioli Garlic Bread

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1/4 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup Best Foods Garlic Aioli
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese slice
  • finely chopped fresh parsley

Recipe Directions

  1. Heat the oven to fan grill 200°C.

  2. Slice the loaf of French bread in half lengthways and place on an oven tray. Spread butter right to the edges, followed by the Best Foods Aioli. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and fresh parsley.

  3. Grill for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is golden brown.

  4. Slice and serve immediately.
