- beef burger patties, pre-made or homemade
- burger buns, toasted if desired
- cheddar cheese slices
- tomato sauce
- pickles / gherkins sliced
- iceberg lettuce leaves

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan and cook the patties over a medium high heat for 4-5 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through.
Transfer the patties to an oven tray and top each with a slice of cheese, and grill for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Toast the buns if desired, then spread the base bun with a layer of tomato sauce. Top with the beef patty, followed by the sliced gherkins. Layer lettuce and sliced red onion on top, then finish with a generous drizzle of Best Foods Garlic Aioli.
