Egg Filling

This egg filling recipe is perfect for school lunches and can be used in sandwiches, wraps, or bread rolls with your favourite ingredients!

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup Best Foods mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon mild curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • sandwich bread bread rolls or wraps
  • lettuce, avocado, ham, capsicum, tomato etc.

Recipe Directions

  1. Place eggs in a pot of boiling water and cook for 7-8 minutes. Drain and cover in cold water.

  2. Once cooled slightly, add eggs into a bowl with mayonnaise, parsley, salt, pepper, and spices.

  3. Mash ingredients together until combined.

  4. Store egg filling in an airtight container in the fridge.

  5. The night before, create sandwiches, wraps, and bread rolls with your kids’ favourite fillings for school lunches.
