Potato, Kumara and Beef Hash

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cup cooked potatoes, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cup cooked kumara, cubed
  • 1 1/2 red onions, diced
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 4 slices bacon, diced
  • 200 grams beef brisket / beef roast (pre-smoked/cooked)
  • 4 eggs, fried
  • 1/4 cup parsley leaves
  • Best Foods mayonnaise

Recipe Directions


  1. Prepare BBQ for medium-high heat direct grilling using a skillet


  1. Heat skillet and apply olive oil.

  2. Add potatoes and kumara to pan and fry until golden brown and warmed through.

  3. Add red onion, garlic and bacon pieces and cook until crispy.

  4. Add brisket and mix, cook until heated through.

  5. Season well with salt and pepper.

  6. Top with fried eggs, a sprinkle of parsley and a healthy drizzle of Best Foods Mayo.
