  • 1 kg baby potatoes, quartered
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup gherkins, diced
  • Green / top of 1 spring onion, finely sliced
  • 1/2 cup Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
  • 3 bacon rashers, cooked until crisp

Recipe Directions

  1. Cook the potatoes in boiling, lightly salted water for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain and leave to cool

  2. Peel the boiled eggs, and cut in quarters. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, dill, gherkins, spring onion and Best Foods Real Mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper, then mix through the egg

  3. Transfer the salad to a serving bowl. Dice the bacon, and sprinkle over the salad
