  • 3 wraps
  • 200g halloumi
  • 2 sprays olive oil
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 a cucumber
  • 1/2 a red onion
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

Made With

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan bake). Wash and cut the potatoes into thin wedges or fries. Toss them in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, mixed herbs, and garlic powder.

  2. Spread on a lined baking tray and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. Alternatively, air fry for 35 minutes.

  3. While the chips are cooking, slice the halloumi into strips. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and spray with olive oil. Add the halloumi and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  4. While the halloumi is cooking, finely slice the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and red onion.

  5. Heat the wraps for 30 seconds each side in a frying pan on the stove, high heat.

  6. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of sweet chilli sauce on each wrap. Layer with salad, a portion of chips, and pieces of grilled halloumi.

  7. Fold the wraps into a cone or burrito shape. Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
