Directions
-
Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan bake). Wash and cut the potatoes into thin wedges or fries. Toss them in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, mixed herbs, and garlic powder.
-
Spread on a lined baking tray and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. Alternatively, air fry for 35 minutes.
-
While the chips are cooking, slice the halloumi into strips. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and spray with olive oil. Add the halloumi and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
-
While the halloumi is cooking, finely slice the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and red onion.
-
Heat the wraps for 30 seconds each side in a frying pan on the stove, high heat.
-
Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of sweet chilli sauce on each wrap. Layer with salad, a portion of chips, and pieces of grilled halloumi.
-
Fold the wraps into a cone or burrito shape. Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
