Best Foods Waste Warriors Ts & Cs

1. Information on how to enter this Promotion / Programme and Prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions of entry (Terms). These Terms apply to the Promotion and entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.

2. The promoter is Pead PR, 1 Stokes Road, Mt Eden, Auckland 1149. (Promoter)

3. The promotion / programme will be live from 29/09/2022 until 16/12/2022. (Promotion Period)

4. The promotion will run across Facebook and Instagram only.

5. One Winner will be selected to win the top prize.

6. Entries received outside these Promotional Period dates will be declared as void. The winners will be selected and contacted on Monday 19th December 2022. Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over. (Eligible Entrants)

8. Employees, directors, management and contractors of the Promoter and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. By entering this Promotion, you represent that you are eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

9. The promotion comprises of:

    Top Prize – Pantry Makeover to the value of $1500 by Simply My Home

10. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

11. Pead PR will pay Simply my Home directly for the full prize costs and put the winner in direct contact with Simply my Home to arrange the consultation and product delivery.

12. If the Winner cannot be contacted by 5pm (NZT) Wednesday 21st December the top prize will be offered to another randomly chosen entry. No re-direction of the prize will be accepted. The Entrant is responsible for providing full and accurate details.

14. The Winner shall accept the prize ‘as is’ and acknowledges that the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a Prize.

15. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to finish the promotion without warning.

17. The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with this Promotion or as a result of accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

19. The Winner must permit their name and photo (if relevant) to be reshared on the Promoter’s social channels during and after the promotion.

20. The Winner irrevocably consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

21. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and will, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties required for the provision of the Prize, for administering the Promotion and for related marketing purposes. Entry is conditioned upon providing this information. You hereby acknowledge and consent to the Promoter disclosing the personal information that you have voluntarily provided for those purposes to its related bodies corporate, clients, third parties providing services to the Promoter’s clients and contractors. You have the right to access and correct, or withdraw consent to the collection, use or disclosure of, any personal data held by the Promoter by sending an email request to jaimee.sewell@pead.co.nz.  However, please bear in mind that if the Promoter does not have your consent to collect or use your personal information to administer the Promotion you will not be eligible for the Prize.
